He also received his Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University. However, prior to all his post-secondary education, he was a student at Robert F. Hall Secondary School, where he was a member of the very first graduating class. He also loves to be involved in the community. He is a coach with the Caledon Hawks, Caledon Baseball association and Brampton Excelsior’s lacrosse. If he is not coaching or playing himself, then he is often at the rink watching family or friends play. He was also on the medical team for the 2015 Pan Am Games.
Through his passion to serve all patients with the highest quality health care, Dr. Scott is constantly updating his knowledge and skills. He has a special interest in concussion management and has been trained through the SHIFT Concussion management program and is now a level II provider. He has also received post-graduate training in acupuncture, pediatrics, pregnancy, nutrition, sports injuries, as well as chiropractic adjusting techniques and orthotic therapy.

Although I am able to advise nutritionally in all aspects, my specialty areas are:
• Weight loss, using WHOLE FOODS to balance blood sugar, and balance MACRONUTRIENTS
• The reduction of inflammation, and
• Strengthening Immune Function
I have been a Fitness Instructor for over 30 years and a Personal Trainer for over 17 years. I am extremely passionate about my work and very results oriented with my clients. My mandate is to help you be the very best version of yourself on the inside and out! After years in the industry, I got tired of watching people over-work themselves in the gym (often inefficiently), and not get the results they desire. So, after much self-study in food, I went back to school in 2013 to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Holistic Weight Loss Coach, as I believe nutrition plays such a key role in your fitness and weight loss results! Further, I was amazed as I watched peoples’ overall health and energy improve as they changed their diets!
